Day 3
Initially, in one’s search for internal truths, one’s senses will appear amplified. As one sits in quiet meditation every sound will provide distraction, and many unwanted thoughts will infiltrate the mind. And, as often as one focusses on the tasks at hand, so too shall one be wisked away by force of habit.
Fatigue shall also play its part. Rising before the sun takes some adjustment. The body’s internal clock will be thrown out of synchronisation. A similar feeling to jet lag will ensue until the assimilation of new habits is complete.
Fear not. Continue to practise at-one-ment with your soul. Know that progress will be made, and that your higher self continues to guide you with loving compassion. Be open to new and varied experiences. Above all else, persist.
Have patience and, gradually, the dawning of your eternal self will shine as though a beacon in the night sky. The golden path of destiny lies in front of you, if you would but have the courage to follow your inner guidance.
