Day 18
Every so often one will begin to sense the limitless power of the higher self and its interconnectedness with all things. When this occurs one should remain focussed on the experience for as long as possible. It will also be easier to transcend thought at this time.
Being conscious of a higher notion of oneself through physical experience is vitally important. There are no adequate means to describe the sensation, but having experienced a connection gives one a memory from which to draw inspiration, and an impetus to continue the spiritual journey.
Feel the force within you, and know that you are truly invincible, a supreme power of limitless compassion. Carry this thought with you throughout each day, and let it prevail as the dominating aspect of self.
